What is the starting point for the production order of rings in the factory?
Due to the large scale of the factory, if the quantity is too small, it cannot be put online, so manufacturers will have a minimum order requirement when accepting orders.
Every factory has an assembly line that includes many processes.
To make a small ring, the production process can involve more than ten or twenty pieces, depending on the style of the product’s craftsmanship.
If your order quantity cannot meet the factory’s requirements, it will be difficult for the factory to accept the order. A small quantity means losing money, which is why the factory has a minimum order requirement.
What is the minimum order quantity for a ring processing factory to produce rings?
There are two minimum order quantities for Hengdaxin jewelry processing rings:
1、 Customers provide simple pictures or physical objects themselves, and we make them according to their requirements. In this case, our minimum order quantity is 200 pieces.
2、 Customers can come to our factory to select samples and place orders for direct production. In that case, our minimum order of 100 pieces can be customized.
Perhaps many customers may not understand. Why do you need to provide pictures or samples yourself when your initial minimum order quantity is higher?
Due to the fact that a new product requires 3D drawing, sample production, and customer confirmation before it can be completed.
Each process needs to be rescheduled, resulting in lower output and inability to enter the production line.
Since the samples provided by our factory have already been arranged on the production line, they can be directly produced.
Therefore, the starting order is less than what the customer provided.
If there is a customer returning the order, we can start from 100 pieces. This number should also be the minimum order quantity for most ring factories.
The experience of ring manufacturers tells you that for customized accessories with small quantities, some factories may lower the minimum order quantity of 100 pieces according to the customer’s style quantity.
