Color retention for PVD plating depends on wearing conditions, sweat salinity, usage frequency, environment, and cosmetics. Our standard products use a coating thickness of 0.03–0.05 microns. With normal daily wear, the color can generally last 2–3 years.

We provide custom production services. For customized products, we can apply PVD electroplating with a thickness of 0.05–0.1 microns to meet high-quality standards. This premium plating ensures color retention for 3 to 5 years.

We offer vacuum electroplating in a wide range of colors, including 14K, 18K, 24K, black, rose gold, silver, and other custom colors.The most popular finishes are 14K, 18K, black, and rose gold.

Electroplating for other colors requires a lead time of at least 2–3 weeks, due to limited production capacity and fewer plating furnaces available for these shades.

Due to multiple extraction and processing procedures, all stainless steel raw materials naturally contain trace levels of nickel and lead. No global technology can fully eliminate these elements at present, so any claim of 100% free content is inaccurate.

Stainless steel jewelry usually undergoes PVD vacuum plating. Before plating, a titanium nitride base layer is applied to isolate the base material from the coating. This barrier prevents nickel and lead from contacting the skin or being released into the air. For this reason, it is widely referred to as nickel-free and lead-free in the market.

Stainless steel is currently one of the most hypoallergenic jewelry materials available, besides pure gold and silver.

  1. Cutting of style pieces takes about 2 to 3 weeks.
  2. For casting and molding styles, it takes 35 to 45 days.
  3. For hydraulic parts: 35 to 40 days.
  4. For ready-made goods, they will be shipped within one week (since it requires clearing the goods, packaging, etc., it will take about one week).
