The general process of jewelry processing design
Jewelry is different from other types of products, as some manufacturing processes cannot be replaced by mechanization and must be manually operated. So what is the process of jewelry processing and design?
1. Design. Designers design patterns for accessories based on market or popular elements, personal inspiration, etc.

5. After producing a batch of wax embryos, they are inspected. There are two types of inlaying techniques here. One is the inlaying of wax embryos, which means that the stones required for inlaying are implanted in advance during the wax embryo process; Another type is the inlay of silver embryo bodies.
6. Planting wax trees. Heat the wax embryo with a soldering iron and plant it on the wax tree.
7. Weighing is used as a reference for the weight of the silver liquid that matches it. (Parameters are important)
8. Insert gypsum and grout. The ratio parameter of gypsum to water is very important
9. Baking Gu, that is, baking the pre grouted Gu at an appropriate temperature, the temperature adjustment parameters are crucial. If it’s too high, it will melt the wax buds on the wax tree, but if it’s too low, it won’t let the gypsum slurry inside the gu dry and form.
10. Casting. (There are direct casting and centrifugal casting, usually depending on the structure of the product) Pour the silver liquid with the matched weight into the spout.
11. High temperature liquid will melt the wax trees and wax embryos inside the gu, forming silver trees and silver embryo bodies.
12. Trim the silver embryo. Form a single silver embryo (hair embryo)
13. Embryo repair.
14. Grinding the embryo (the inner cage of the grinding ring is shown below)
15. After the processes of embedding, welding, assembly, polishing, grinding, electroplating, etc. (depending on the structure or process requirements of the product), the product also needs to undergo detailed inspection to be considered qualified. All inspections have some very strict parameters as acceptance criteria
