In fact, it is possible to produce samples within 3-7 days, and we can do the same. But why do we tell customers that the sample cycle is 7 to 15 days.
Reason 1: The craftsmanship difficulty of each piece of jewelry is different. Some crafts are simple and can be sampled in 3-7 days, but in order to ensure the quality of the samples, we will collectively refer to the sample cycle as 7-15 days.
Reason 2: Rapid sample production (3-7 days) requires the elimination of some intermediate processes, such as direct wax spraying through 3D drawing, which eliminates the intermediate molding and waxing steps.
However, the sampling fee will double the cost for customers, and the biggest drawback of producing samples quickly is that there may be some differences between the produced bulk and the samples that have not undergone the molding and waxing processes. Because the directly sprayed samples have not undergone the molding and waxing processes of the mold, there may be some differences in size compared to the bulk.
